Integrating Questions into Your Surveys

Setting up the employer brand page primarily involves integrating KPI questions through specific surveys.

The majority of the questions to be added will be presented to you in the current article. Only one distinct question is found in the following article: Set the importance coefficient for your account.

General Steps for Adding KPI Questions

Here are the simple steps to follow, which you can repeat for all KPI questions to be added:

  1. Go to the Surveys tab from the left menu, then select the relevant tab (Culture and Various Polls or Onboarding).

  2. Click on the title of the survey to which you'll add the question (see each survey type and associated questions below).

  3. Go to the Questionnaire tab.

  4. Click on Add a Question, then select KPI Questions.

KPI Questions to Add Based on Survey Type

Questions whose results will be used on the remarkable employer page should be added to specific surveys. Here are the KPI questions to add for each relevant survey:

Continuous Improvement or Ad Hoc/Diagnostic/Thematic Survey

  • Question to add: Your Core Values
For continuous improvement surveys, we recommend editing the question to use the following features:
Ask the question to all employees in the next survey
Ask the question at a specific frequency (1 to 2 times per year)

To encourage meaningful analysis, the following restrictions will be applied to the answers that employees can provide for this question:

  • No spaces allowed

  • A maximum of 50 characters is permitted

Onboarding Surveys

Our recommended additions are based on the onboarding survey templates we provide. You can also easily integrate them into your own templates if applicable.

Recruitment and Hiring

  • KPI questions to add: Recruitment platform, Hire's First Choice

Welcome and Team Integration

  • KPI questions to add: Employee Onboarding Experience, Organization Culture Perception

We encourage you to compare the KPI questions to those already present in your surveys to check for similarities. If so, you can deactivate certain questions and retain the KPI ones, avoiding a sense of redundancy.

Removing KPI Questions

By default, all KPI questions added to your surveys mentioned in this article will be configured on your employer branding page and will display results as soon as they are asked.

If you wish to remove a KPI question to exclude it from this page, it's possible by clicking on the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page. You can then follow the displayed instructions.
