To assist you with preparing your first survey on the platform, here are the different steps to consider.
Amélio offers question templates tailored to your needs and your survey of choice, be it a Diagnostic survey or a continuous improvement survey. For more detail on our approach to surveys, click here: Understanding surveys.
1️⃣Accessing the survey's questionnaire
In your Amélio account, go to Surveys > Culture & various polls.
There, you will find our questions template and you will be able to click on the survey title to begin your preparation.
2️⃣Reviewing the questions
The Questionnaire tab provides access to the template questions.
You can disable questions that are not relevant to your organisation's context or ones that you would rather not ask employees.
Our survey templates cover all 12 mobilisation factors for employee mobilization and are designed to improve the overall employee experience.
3️⃣Understanding specialised statements
Some specialized questions will be used to create your Organizational Health dashboard.
It is recommended to keep them active in order to benefit from this useful results page, which provides insight on how to improve employee loyalty and retention, as well as to facilitate your analysis of the results.
4️⃣Customising survey questions
Survey questions can be customized to better reflect your organisation's realities.
You can edit survey questions in order to rephrase them - This way you are able to use terminologies that best represent your employees.
5️⃣Adding your own survey questions
To ensure that your survey measures all the important subjects related to your organisation, you can import your own survey questions. This is particularly useful if you need value different perspectives for your culture and employer brand.
The questions you add can be assigned to the existing mobilization factors to be integrated into the platform's calculations.
6️⃣Finalising and Previewing Your Survey
Once you have completed preparations and you have reviewed the questionnaire, you can preview your survey to validate your adjustments.
Previewing allows you to see the survey from your employee`s perspective, helping you make sure you give them the best possible experience.
7️⃣Launching the survey
Once your survey questionnaire is finalized, you can adjust extra parameters to make the survey your own.
For instance, we invite you to edit the survey launch email and integrate your company logo.
