Colleagues 💼
The "Colleagues" section of Amélio gives you control over who can add, modify, or delete employee profiles. Employees with this permission will also be able to see the email addresses of employees on their profiles.
Manage employees in bulk: By enabling this permission, you allow users with the appropriate role to manage employee profiles in bulk via an Excel file.

Engagement 📊
This section centralizes everything related to the creation, management, and analysis of surveys on Amélio.
Edit Surveys: This permission allows authorized users to modify surveys and adapt them according to the organization’s needs -> Currently being surveyed.
View results of employees managed by the user: Managers can access not only the results of their direct teams but also those of employees who report to them indirectly, according to the hierarchy defined on the platform.
For example, a CEO could view the results of the entire organization, as all employees are subordinate to them, either directly or indirectly.
Assign engagement results permissions: Allows specific access to results to be configured for certain users. Learn how here -> Granting Special Access to Results.
View Industry benchmark: Provides access to comparative results with your industry, offering valuable insights into your organization’s comparative performance -> Industry benchmark.
View company average: This feature allows viewing the overall aggregated average of results across all factors and sub-factors of the organization.
Show comments/respond: This permission allows managers to view comments left by their team members and respond directly through the platform -> Discover the comments discussion module.
Display detailed results: Enables viewing the detailed distribution of results. If this option is unchecked, the breakdown of results will be hidden from employees, and only the average will be displayed. Learn more here -> Interpreting results on the overview page.
View comments origin: By hovering over a comment with your mouse, you can discover the workplace and manager of the author, provided that the confidentiality threshold of 5 respondents is met. If this permission is unchecked, this information will be hidden. More details and best practices here -> Viewing the Source of Comments.
Display filters in reports: This permission allows filtering results according to the added attributes. If it is unchecked, the filtering option will be removed from the results pages.
Display segment report: This permission allows users to view reports segmented by different attributes. If this option is unchecked, the "Segments" tab will be hidden from their view.
Usage report📈

Feedback customization📌
View feedback customization: Amélio provides you with a selection of ready-to-use images and texts for your recognition cards.

Roles 🔒
The permissions in this section allow selected employees to modify and assign roles according to the needs of your organization.
Organizational health 🎯
Enabling this permission allows users to access a dashboard displaying various essential KPIs, such as the eNPS score and results related to turnover intentions -> Your Orgnizational Health Dashboard.
NOTE: The "Certification / Global Compensation" section should be ignored. It is related to certain features managed by our partners and is administered by Amélio.
Employer brand report 🏆
By enabling this permission, managers with access to the platform can view the "Employer Brand" results tab. This option is enabled by default. For more information, refer to the following article: Discover your employer brand page.
Access to some of these features depends on the permissions granted under the Admin > Roles tab.
